  • International Orders: Usually take 5–10 business days with a flat $20 shipping fee.

All shipments are fully trackable, and customers will receive tracking details within 2–3 business days after shipping. We handle any applicable international taxes to ensure smooth delivery. In the rare case a package is lost, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products should be unused, with all tags, original packaging, and protective covers intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • A 5% restocking fee may apply for refunds. Reshipping fees may apply for exchanges.
  • Damaged or faulty items must be reported immediately, including your order number and photos.
