You can return items for a refund or exchange
Refunds:
If you want to return your order for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will provide you with a return address. You are responsible for the return shipping, and there will be a 5% restocking fee which is non-refundable. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
If you want to exchange your item for another product in our store, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. You will receive a shipping address and an RMA number. Please write the RMA number clearly on the top of the return package so we can easily locate it. You are responsible for the return shipping. On the customs form, please declare the value of the package as $30 and mark it as a gift. Reshipping fees of $25 will apply.
Important Notes:
- You may inspect the bag once you open the package, but do not remove the plastics from handles or straps.
- Returned items must be in the same condition as sent, unworn, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Any objects left inside the bag or pockets will be considered used.
Shipping Your Return:
- Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility until the item safely reaches us.
- We highly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service with FedEx.
- Only professional couriers are accepted for returns. General public deliveries cannot be accepted.
- Any item that does not meet our return criteria will be rejected and sent back to the sender.
Damaged Items:
If you received a faulty or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and a photo of the item. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear cannot be considered faulty.
Processing Your Return:
Once we receive your item, we will process your return within 5 business days. If all criteria are met, the refund may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

If you face any issues returning your item within the required time, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions outside the 7-day return period will be considered at our discretion.
